Serena Jones
Therapist
Dr Serena is a Specialist Clinical Psychologist with several years’ experience of working in the NHS and private sector, as well as charity organisations. Dr Serena is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and their families through life’s challenges. She specialises in working with young people experiencing emotional, behavioural, or neurodevelopmental difficulties, offering a safe and compassionate space where they can feel seen, heard, and understood.
Dr Serena aims to work collaboratively to help young people build resilience, make sense of their experiences, and thrive. She believes in the power of connection, creativity, and curiosity in the therapeutic process. Her approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in admiration for each individual’s unique story and strengths.
Dr Serena is deeply committed to practising in a culturally sensitive and inclusive way, valuing and respecting the diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences of the young people and families she works with. Dr Serena’s goal is not only to help young people to feel better, but to equip them, and those who care for them, with tools that foster long-term wellbeing.

She favours an integrated approach to facilitate person-centred interventions, that are in keeping with
the young person’s goals. Dr Serena has ample experience of working with children in early years.
