Dr Skye (awaiting HPCP registration) is a Psychologist who provides compassionate psychological support to children, young people, adults, and families experiencing a range of emotional and mental health difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship challenges, and neurodevelopmental differences.
She is committed to providing the right support for each individual, tailoring therapy to their unique needs, strengths, and goals. Drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches, Skye works collaboratively to help clients make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Skye utilises a patient, kind, and compassionate approach. She offers a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported at a pace that feels right for them.
She is deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care, valuing and respecting the diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences of every client, whilst also recognising that the client is the expert of their own experiences.

Experience
Skye has experience providing psychological therapy to children, young people, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties.
Through her doctoral training and work across a variety of mental health services, she has developed experience in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, systemic family therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET),
attachment-based approaches, psychodynamic approaches and compassion-focused
interventions. This breadth of experience enables Skye to offer a tailored and integrative approach, adapting therapy to meet each person's unique needs, goals, and strengths.
Skye places great importance on creating a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, gain deeper understanding, and make meaningful changes in their lives. She regularly undertakes continuing professional development to ensure her work remains current, thoughtful, and responsive to the
individuals and families she supports.
